Scheduling, Cancellations & No Shows
You may be asked to provide a credit card number or gift card number in order to book or confirm your appointment. This card may be used to check out the day of your scheduled appointment or you may pay with cash, check, or another credit card.
Ability Massage & Day Spa requires 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If an appointment is cancelled in less than 24 hours, the credit card kept on file will be charged 100% of the service, or services that were scheduled.
Those who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service or services.
Late Policy & Spa Etiquette
Your punctuality is greatly appreciated. If it is your first time to visit Ability Massage & Day Spa, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment, you will still be charged full price for your scheduled service, or services. We can not guarantee that you will be able to receive the full service scheduled but will do our best to accommodate you.
When visiting our facility, we would like to remind you to silence all mobile and electronic devices. Also, please refrain from any loud conversations while in the waiting area and treatment rooms. It is our goal to provide an environment that is peaceful, relaxing, and stress relieving. We appreciate your cooperation.
Minimum Age Policy
All guests receiving service must be 16 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
